About this role
Role Overview
Identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Poland
Manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Poland
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with real estate closing processes (Nice to Have)
Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV (Nice to Have)
Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing (Nice to Have)
