Requirements
7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and agencies
Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta advertising: campaign structure, creative testing frameworks, audience strategy, bid optimization, and scaling spend profitably. This is non-negotiable.
Proven creative strategy background: you can concept, brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creative with a performance mindset. Also non-negotiable.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and attribution/measurement tools
Experience with product positioning, messaging development, and go-to-market planning
Track record of scaling DTC or CPG customer acquisition with measurable ROI
Ability to manage and get the most out of external agency partners
Data-driven decision maker comfortable with CAC/LTV modeling, contribution margin analysis, and performance reporting
Cross-functional operator who can partner effectively with brand, product, content, and retention teams
Experience launching and scaling emerging channels (TikTok, CTV, influencer, podcasts)
Comfort operating in a lean, high-growth environment where you build and optimize simultaneously
Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar
Experience in health, wellness, or supplement/CPG categories
