Role Overview
- Manage projects from conceptual design ideas through manufacturing to final distribution
- Support the Sales Manager
- Learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry
- Understand multiple manufacturing processes
- Responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team
- Interact daily with clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers
- Identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures
- Drive best practice through feedback to partners and clients
- Oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager, and Clients
- Independence, organization, detail orientation, and motivation are paramount
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 3 years of experience
- Associates degree + 4 years of experience
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
- Experience working in sales and service, corporate or PMO
- Industry experience in aerospace and/or government contracts preferred
- Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Experience Adobe Acrobat, PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred
