Manage the budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, and accounting operations to ensure compliance and accurate reporting
Oversee Financial Analysts’ preparation and distribution of financial reporting packages
Work with Financial Analysts and department stakeholders to evaluate departments’ reporting needs
Lead quarterly meetings with Associate Deans and Directors to discuss budgetary impacts
Manage Annual Budget Submission and ensure compliance with policies
Oversee document processing needs related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and contracts
Establish processes to periodically review and test controls
Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to discuss work-related issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Accounting And Financial Analysis, Or Budgets, Human Resources And Administrative Management (5 Years)
