About this role
Role Overview
The mission involves ensuring the monitoring and operational maintenance of the Core Data squad's applications (Commercial Databases, Delegated Interfaces, etc.);
Monitoring batch processing in production
Level 2 support in case of production incidents;
User support
Analysis of malfunctions and collaboration with the Application Maintenance Team (TMA) responsible for corrections;
Management of action plans for resolving underlying problems (recurring incidents, critical incidents);
Operational management of maintenance schedules;
Application of the TDI (Request and Incident Handling) processes in place;
Production of performance indicators (application availability rate, monitoring of support ticket inventory);
Certificate management.
