Support planning and coordination of programs such as Digital Collections, Innovation Station and other Technology initiatives
Participate in and support Agile ceremonies and processes
Facilitate implementation of policies and practices
Maintain budget and track financial forecasting
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Conduct research; create reports or proposals
Actively participate in Retrospective sessions at close of each iteration and increment.
Follow through on action items

Bachelor's degree, or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, two years of experience in Technology
Tech savvy; solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
Familiarity with commonly used development toolsets (JIRA, Confluence) and framework (Agile)
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
