Responsible for the intake of new job openings, updating candidate workflow status’ in Oracle Fusion ATS, and sourcing passive profiles on LinkedIn Recruiter.
Assure proper and accurate data entry into the ATS for a seamless handover to the Onboarding team of selected candidates for hire.
Evaluate job applicant resumes and phone screen for a possible fit for the role.
Submit prescreened candidates to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers for consideration to proceed with HM interviews
Ability to applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Arrange candidate interviews by coordinating, scheduling, and sending calendar invites as needed
Maintain accurate candidate workflow status’ within the ATS and on the team’s trackers
Will perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must have Recruiting experience with working knowledge of ATS / HRIS data base systems
preferably Oracle Fusion software
Must have experience as a recruiter working for a Consulting/BPO/RPO/ITO industry firm or as a Financial Inbound Call Center Rep recruiter
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Superior attention to detail and follow up skills are a must
Must be organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Reporting Capabilities
