LlamaIndex is building the document infrastructure layer for AI agents, and they are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process across the company. The role focuses primarily on technical hiring for AI/ML engineers and also supports go-to-market and marketing hires as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle across the company: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close. Primary focus on engineering roles, with secondary coverage of marketing and GTM hires
- Build deep understanding of LlamaIndex's products, technical stack, and culture so you can accurately assess candidate fit and maintain a high-precision pipeline across both technical and non-technical roles
- Source exceptional candidates for specialist roles using a mix of direct outreach, AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, agents), and creative channels
- Use AI recruiting tools effectively and responsibly - invest the time to tune filters and review output carefully rather than letting automated outreach run unchecked
- Manage and optimize relationships with external recruiting agencies; know when to scale agency support up or down based on hiring velocity
- Own and continuously improve the candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects LlamaIndex's brand and values
- Partner with hiring managers across engineering, product, and GTM to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and proactively iterate on sourcing strategies to hit hiring targets
