Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate and 3-5 years of law firm experience preferred.
- Experience in foreclosure or consumer finance cases a plus.
- Must have knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures and filing requirements.
- Proficiency with document management software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe is required.
- Knowledge of electronic discovery (Relativity) and docketing software (Court Alert) is highly desirable.
