A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate and 3-5 years of law firm experience preferred.
Experience in foreclosure or consumer finance cases a plus.
Must have knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures and filing requirements.
Proficiency with document management software, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe is required.
Knowledge of electronic discovery (Relativity) and docketing software (Court Alert) is highly desirable.
