Ensure successful installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced technologies.
Report directly to the Sr Field Service Supervisor.
Work on-site out of the West Chester, Ohio location initially, then transition to a 90% traveling technician position.
Impact overall performance and reliability of our systems, enhancing customers' operations and ensuring their success.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of material handling systems and technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
Familiar with Preventive Maintenance.
Experience with diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations.
Ability to maintain reports in a timely manner.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Windows Software.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong experience in field service management or technical support.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and customer needs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
PLC experience.
