Role Overview
- Monitor quality standards and policies across operational processes
- Execute Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA) with control owners
- Develop reports on control performance for internal stakeholders
- Participate in projects to improve control efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to manage incidents and controls testing
- Guide team members through structured assignments and projects
- Provide advice to People Leaders on complex issues
Requirements
- Risk and control background experience with risk identification and mitigation
- Evaluating remedial risk ratings, adhere to regulations, and issue coordination
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and various cross functional groups
- Process mapping, and accountable for specific processes and documentation
- Background in audit or operations is preferred
- Experience with AL tools such as Copilot to improve manual processes
- Experience with Python is a plus
