Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Sales Cloud implementations, translating business needs into functional and technical designs
Act as a subject matter expert on GTM sales processes, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Coordinate and facilitate discussions with key business stakeholders to define business and systems goals, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring clarity of deliverables
Drive the execution and delivery of business-critical system enhancements, supporting UAT, and troubleshooting production issues as they arise
Guide offshore and onshore teams through development, QA, and sprint delivery cycles to implement scalable, best-practice solutions
Requirements
8+ years of IT experience including the software development life cycle or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform
Experience gathering requirements, designing business processes, and implementing Salesforce solutions for sales and partner management
Demonstrated ability to drive projects with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
Strong analytical, data-driven, communication, and organization skills; able to provide occasional after-hours support for critical issues as needed.
