As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin, you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, high-end events to large-scale productions.
Implementation lead: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, delivering unique events and ensuring satisfied clients.
Trusted advisor: You build and nurture client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance, and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
Commercial mindset: You prepare new proposals, monitor budgets and close out projects — including reporting and documentation.
Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Confident in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with a structured working style; strong advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills; and business-minded thinking
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
