Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects or workstreams within strategic L&C Analytics & Innovation initiatives, including data analytics and AI-related use cases
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, including defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria
Coordinate pilots, testing, user acceptance, and rollout of analytics
and AI-enabled use cases and data-driven solutions
Act as a key liaison between non-technical Legal and Compliance professionals and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements
Support adoption activities, including stakeholder communication, training materials, and usage tracking
Prepare concise status updates, steering materials, and decision papers for senior stakeholders
Ensure delivered solutions meet applicable governance, data protection, and compliance requirements
Work closely with subject matter experts, data analysts, IT partners, and group-wide initiatives
Identify, explore, and prototype AI/technology use cases to automate repetitive tasks, improve information processing, and enhance efficiency
Design, test, and iterate prompts; configure and maintain custom GPTs/LLM-based assistants (or similar)
Requirements
Proven experience in driving large projects or workstreams involving digital, data or analytics solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Solid understanding of data, analytics, or digital solution delivery (e.g., business applications, dashboards, or AI-enabled solutions)
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines and dependencies
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior and diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in English is required
A high-level understanding of Legal and Compliance or related fields (risk management, audit) (nice to have)
Experience with AI implementation, prompt engineering, and configuring custom GPTs/LLM-based assistants (or similar) (nice to have)
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices (nice to have)
Experience in financial services or regulated industries (nice to have)
Change management certification or experience (nice to have)
