Define and champion the product vision for the Growth Hub
Drive business value and manage the product lifecycle
Prioritize initiatives, target segments, and customer populations
Own the program backlog and support Program Increment (PI) planning
Present and advocate for the vision during PI planning and key governance forums
Ensure governance and overall steering of the Growth Hub
Act as a central point of contact and catalyst for cross-functional collaboration
Oversee financial management, deployment, and scaling of solutions
Requirements
Approximately 10 years or more of experience in business strategy, product development, growth, or transformation, including go-to-market initiatives and customer activation
Recognized for the ability to translate a growth strategy into concrete, measurable, and actionable priorities, with a strong understanding of customer value, cross-selling, conversion, retention, and overall value propositions
Strong business judgment and a systemic perspective, enabling effective trade-offs between business value, risk, effort, and organizational capacity
Strong influence-based leadership and a collaborative approach, mobilizing diverse stakeholders without formal authority
Analytical strength and rigor in performance management, including KPI analysis and benefits measurement
Relevant university degree (or equivalent experience)
