Act as a strategic owner for dedicated long-term e-commerce clients, defining retention direction, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding the delivery team with clear strategic leadership
Own, design, and continuously evolve email & omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) aligned with customer lifecycle models and broader long-term business goals, including strategic content planning based on creative, performance-driven tactics
Create comprehensive audits for new incoming clients, including channel maturity assessments, customer journey mapping, revenue optimization insights, and prioritized action plan
Collaborate with the delivery team to improve operational efficiency, enhance internal processes, frameworks, and strategic methodologies used across client projects
Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities aligned with client needs
Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, uncover trends, and recommend actionable experiments and improvements for customer retention
Mentor other strategists and contribute to raising the overall strategic standard of the team
Contribute to Omnisend-related account growth initiatives, including consulting and customer-centric program recommendations
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce and other industry brands, preferably in an agency or service delivery environment
Demonstrated success owning, developing, and scaling long-term client retention strategies, including email creative direction, messaging frameworks, and offer architecture
Advanced experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerce
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into long-term growth decisions
Experience contributing to process, framework, or methodology improvements across client projects
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously, collaborate effectively across teams, and maintain high attention to detail and problem-solving standards in a fast-moving environment with multiple ongoing projects
Willingness to continuously learn and improve personal, client, and team member skills
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
