Communication and Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

• Track and execute the group's activity calendar
• Approve and align campaigns, including badges and layouts
• Produce and approve social media content
• Manage social media: create, post, and respond to content
• Ensure execution of traffic campaigns
• Prepare budgets and negotiate media placements and influencer partnerships
• Monitor sales KPIs
• Track and analyze customer interactions via social media and WhatsApp
• Present sales campaigns to the team and collect feedback for improvement
• Coordinate the point of sale (POS) and ensure the store's visual standards
• Manage customer relationships (CRM)
• Assist in developing and implementing incentive campaigns
• Research and monitor competitor activities
• Provide support to marketing analysts, advertising agents, managers, directors, and social media teams on physical and online campaigns
• Participate in routine meetings
