Role Overview
- Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plant operations
- Establish and maintain preventative/predictive maintenance programs for plant equipment
- Lead execution of monthly team safety requirements
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and problems affecting plant operations
- Direct planning team to provide valid work plans and reliable equipment data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong experience with vibration data collection/analysis and thermography
