Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), FSM (Field Service Management) and HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow)
Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs and data security models
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Experience supporting continuous improvement and platform evolution initiatives.
