Support and conduct interviews with stakeholders across departments to understand current workflows, tools, and challenges
Participate in discovery sessions and workshops to learn about operational needs and AI opportunities
Document insights and feedback from stakeholders in clear, organized formats
Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas where AI could be beneficial
Create documentation of existing workflows and processes
Help assess organizational readiness for AI adoption
Maintain organized records of pain points, use cases, and opportunity areas
Learn to evaluate data sources, quality, and accessibility across the organization
Work with data owners to understand how data is structured and stored
Document data requirements and potential gaps for AI use cases
Support efforts to ensure data is properly organized and prepared for AI applications
Help develop best practices for making organizational data "AI-ready"
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Experience involving data analysis is a plus
Internship or project experience in business operations, technology, or related areas is beneficial but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive relationships quickly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
