You take responsibility for complex HR projects: from strategy to implementation (e.g., HR Analytics, HR products, HR organization)
You manage transformation projects with multiple workstreams and act as a sparring partner at C-level
You advise clients across industries in HR transformations & organization
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a consultant in advisory (reputable management consultancy or boutique) with a focus on HR, org. or HR transformations
Experience in a corporate environment (desirable but not mandatory)
Strong conceptual skills & hands-on mentality
Confidence at all levels – up to board level
Fluent German (C1), business fluent English and university degree (BA/MA)
