5–10 years of relevant professional experience (cross-functional, international)
Master’s degree in disciplines such as Global Business & Sustainability, International Business, Public Health, Nutrition, or related fields
Passion for sustainability and nutrition
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Project management experience and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary/multicultural project teams
Ability to lead and influence without formal hierarchical authority
Communicative, network-oriented, flexible, diplomatic, resilient under pressure, presentable, and proactive.
