About this role
Role Overview
- Own the architecture and technical direction of the frontend platform
- Assess feasibility, estimate scope and resources, design high-level solutions, and defend approach
- Drive adoption of technologies and frameworks
- Design for non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, reliability, and observability
- Raise the technical bar through architecture reviews and mentorship of senior engineers
- Translate technical designs to business impact and shape roadmaps
- Represent engineering in leadership forums and potentially externally
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Extensive production experience in Angular (React or Vue are also welcome)
- Experience with WebGL/GPU technologies or libraries such as PixiJS, ThreeJS, or Babylon.js is a strong plus
- Strong architectural thinking
- Fluent communication in English (C2)
- Experience with modern development workflows, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools
