About this role
Role Overview
Develop the B2B go-to-market strategy for concept stores, furniture retailers, and hotel & hospitality clients
Define target segments, offering packages, and pricing/margin logic
Build a B2B MVP to test and validate the concept
Proactively acquire retail partners and manage existing accounts
Qualify and close initial and follow-up orders
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners
Participate in trade fairs, showrooms, and pop-up events
Manage the quoting and ordering process
Coordinate closely with Operations on lead times, availability, and samples
Set up basic CRM structures and sales processes
Systematically collect retailer feedback for optimization
Analyze relevant KPIs (leads, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases)
Derive assortment and process optimizations
Prepare for scaling (automation, partner programs, key account management)
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
Experience building new sales structures (startup, scale-up, or new business unit)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution skills
High level of ownership and a structured way of working
Willingness to travel — you enjoy meeting customers in person
Nice to have: experience in retail, interior/home, design, D2C, or FMCG
Experience in B2B sales to retailers, concept stores, or furniture stores
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Trade fair or showroom experience
