Ensure operational maintenance and provide expert support for existing applications and new solutions
Ensure the longevity and performance of systems by proactively managing obsolescence
Troubleshoot systems within target timeframes as part of the on-call service
Draft key specification documents (URS and FDS) in alignment with business requirements
Lead testing and validation phases of solutions by developing appropriate test protocols
Deliver training on processes and ensure delivered solutions meet operational expectations
Analyze and monitor the impact of applications on logistics efficiency and performance
Collaborate closely with Production Centers and headquarters to understand challenges, anticipate issues, and propose high-value solutions

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (industrial management, computer science, or communication systems)
Strong programming skills with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python and SQL
Excellent analytical, diagnostic and complex problem-solving abilities
Clear and effective communication, both internally (between departments) and with external partners and suppliers
Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, international environment
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
