Perform accounting entries of low to medium complexity.
Support the monthly close process following the schedule.
Check for basic inconsistencies and escalate to the semi-senior/senior analyst or coordination.
Prepare simple account reconciliations.
Conduct initial follow-up with partner areas to obtain supporting evidence.
Ensure organization of files and process documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards under supervision.
Update internal controls and routine spreadsheets.
Follow Nestlé accounting policies and guidelines.
Maintain documentation up to date for audits.
Identify small opportunities for simplification.
Participate in automation initiatives and team-led projects.
Adopt best practices shared by the BR + LATAM team.

Ongoing or completed degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial routines.
Basic to intermediate Excel.
Familiarity with SAP (FI/CO).
Previous participation in internships or accounting/finance routines.
Basic to intermediate Spanish or English.
