Step into the world of global finance with Lincoln Electric’s 2026 Finance and Accounting Development Program!
This is an outstanding entry level position that will expose you to various processes within the Corporate Accounting & Finance function.
Members of the Finance & Accounting Development Program will rotate over a two-year period in a variety of functional areas, including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Development, etc.
They will also assist in Corporate Accounting / Finance projects and initiatives.
Potential Projects Support audits of newly acquired businesses, including inventory validation and integration of financial controls.
Prepare financial reports that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and variances to support decision-making.
Assist in building and updating financial forecasts and annual budgets.
Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K).
Assist with audits of key financial and operational controls across various business units.
Assist with physical inventories for divisions and subsidiaries.
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance by June 2026
Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
Pursuing or achieved a master's degree or CPA designation.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
Previous Accounting or Financial experience.
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Must be highly motivated and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
