Make outbound contact with SME clients in the post-sale phase, primarily by phone;
Lead the Welcome project for all newly contracted clients;
Present initial information, service channels, and next steps;
Act in a consultative and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive experience on the first contact;
Identify questions, risks of dissatisfaction, or additional needs, and route them to the responsible teams;
Record all interactions and relevant information in internal systems;
Support organization of the client portfolio and follow-up with newly onboarded clients;
Contribute to early retention actions and potential future relationship and new-business opportunities.

Bachelor's degree (completed);
Comfortable making outbound phone contact and building direct relationships with clients;
Organized and able to handle a high volume of contacts and record keeping;
Basic knowledge of customer service, client relationship management, or commercial/sales functions;
Basic Office suite skills (especially Excel and Outlook);
