Execute and optimize affiliate marketing activities for the Benelux DTC business, with a clear focus on performance of KPIs such as revenue and ROAS.
Support campaign execution across Paid Social, PPC, and Email in collaboration with an external agency, contributing to performance against agreed KPIs.
Work closely with the DTC team to align channel activity with commercial priorities and performance targets.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and the affiliate network (e.g. AWIN) to drive incremental, measurable growth.
Support the testing and implementation of new publishers, platforms, and innovative digital growth opportunities.
Monitor, analyze and report on performance across channels, identifying insights, and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with strong exposure to affiliate marketing.
Good understanding of the Benelux affiliate landscape (publishers, networks, and models).
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, hands-on mindset.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international DTC environment.
Eagerness to learn, test, and continuously optimize performance across channels.
