Global Accounting Manager

Role Overview

• Own the global month-end close process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-supported financial results across all entities
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and global consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Oversee group revenue recognition policy and support accounting for complex or non-routine transactions
• Own tax accounting and support global tax strategy by ensuring appropriate recognition of tax positions
• Deliver consolidated financial statements and provide clear variance analysis and accounting insight
• Take ownership of annual financial audits across multiple regions
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale accounting processes
• Monitor financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and maintain high standards of financial governance

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting
• CPA qualification
• 8+ years of accounting experience including leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with modern ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel capability
• Proven audit leadership experience (Big 4 or Top Tier firm)
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Desirable: Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
• Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments
