Owns Customer Discovery Process: conducts preparation, facilitates execution, and owns follow-through for Customer Discovery strategy sessions with Customer and Internal leadership teams.
Connects market trends to target customer personas for Discovery planning.
Delivers Market Intelligence: educates and informs Americas sales organization on relevant market trends.
Connects market changes to commercial opportunities working with Strategy & Growth team, ITR teams, Business Lines, and Product Management.
Drives Account Management rigor through identification of pipeline growth opportunities and potential gaps in pipeline.
Captures Voice of Customer: Translates customer feedback into strategic business and Product Management processes, such as Long-Term Strategy and Multi-Generational Product Planning.
Serves as an energy industry SME and collects VOC during industry and customer forums.
Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.
Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for Americas sales territory.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
