Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer and/or pharmaceutical marketing, including campaign management and analytics directly targeting consumers.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful consumer and digital marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making skills to analyze market research, consumer trends, and campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
Creativity and innovation in creating engaging marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
Project management excellence with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and resources efficiently.
