Assists with the successful planning, design, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of fundraising program(s) in consultation with supervisor to achieve corporate revenue target(s)
Creates, maintains, and evaluates guidance, cultivation, sales, and stewardship materials, tools, and prospect management resources.
Responsible for tracking and reporting, data analysis for the assigned program to evaluate trends and opportunities.
Serves as an organizational and subject matter expert on assigned fundraising program(s).
Creates effective internal and external communications plans and delivers in-person and virtual training.
Works closely with corporate fundraisers to maximize the fundraising opportunity.
Works with donors as needed to facilitate giving and execute benefits to meet fundraising goals.
Identifies trends and obstacles to overcome to maximize fundraising for the assigned program area.
During a major disaster, there may be a need to work extended hours in differing time zones to ensure the overall program needs are being met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the program or service and the ability to create presentations and develop training modules.
Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements.
Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work on a team.
Travel may be required.
