Develop sophisticated attribution models and funnel reporting across paid and organic channels to determine ROI based on both short
and long-term outcomes.
Build and maintain campaign management data and reporting to improve monetization effectiveness and ad performance.
Build and maintain robust data models Snowflake (using dbt, Airflow, or similar) that integrate data from Segment, Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, and ad servers.
Analyze website traffic, customer conversion/retention, and inventory supply/demand to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Analyze and support experiments and A/B tests for product, marketing campaigns and yield strategies, measuring impact and identifying statistically significant trends.
Create and manage comprehensive Looker dashboards that align marketing performance with revenue forecasting and inventory health.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with a proven track record of driving strategy in a marketplace, paid marketing, B2B SaaS, or AdTech environment.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math, CS, Engineering). Master’s degree preferred.
Expert-level SQL and Python; hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt (or similar data stack); Proficiency in Looker for data visualization.
Knowledge of lead funnels, marketing attribution, and ROAS; Experience with ad servers and configuration platforms (e.g., Kevel, Placements.io); Familiarity with event tracking (Segment, Google Analytics) and CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into a narrative for non-technical stakeholders; a self-starter mindset with high attention to detail.
