Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates via various methods (like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and social media).
Conduct screening calls and video interviews to determine if the candidate meets the experience and capabilities requirements.
Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
Update reports, HRIS, ATS with appropriate information.
Collaborate with hiring managers regularly and help them make objective, data-informed hiring decisions.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and provide an engaging and transparent candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews with teams; gather feedback and follow-up with candidates.
