About this role
Role Overview
As a part of the Advocacy and Political Law Team within the Office of the General Counsel, help administer, and coordinate advocacy and political compliance programs.
Work directly with the Associate Director and engage stakeholders across all levels of National office.
Help manage outside counsel responsible for performing lobbying, campaign finance, and other nonprofit compliance filings.
Assist in project management of all federal and state lobbying and campaign finance disclosure filings.
Collaborate with staff to develop plans to meet compliance deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Three or more years of federal campaign finance compliance experience.
Previous experience filing lobbying or campaign finance reports required.
Highly organized self-starter.
Solution and process focused with proven problem solving skills.
Proficient in Google (Gmail, Calendar, Apps) and Microsoft Office with at least intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Strong, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
