Analyze and technically oversee all stages of server HW development, from requirements analysis to product implementation in the factory;
Interact with suppliers during new product introduction and to resolve issues throughout the product life cycle;
Define minimum technical criteria for servers and perform validation;
Execute functional server tests, performance tests, device compatibility tests, etc.;
Provide training and technical support for Product, Factory and Sales teams for server hardware;
Develop methods and processes for the introduction and validation of new products;
Train other departments in assembly, configuration and use of servers.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Availability for national and international travel (training in China for 1 to 2 months).
