Functional support and continuous enhancement of the SAP Sales Cloud
Elicit, analyze, prioritize and implement requirements from business units and international subsidiaries, including project management, testing and acceptance
Plan and conduct user training and workshops (including in English)
Coordinate and communicate between business departments and IT, particularly regarding interfaces such as S/4HANA and the e-commerce/shop system
Ensure data quality and continuously optimize CRM processes, taking country-specific requirements into account
Support the rollout of new features and promote the user experience, acceptance and adoption of the CRM solution
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical and international experience in functional support and customizing of SAP Sales Cloud or comparable CRM solutions
Experience in user training and requirements management, with a professional and confident demeanour
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working with diverse business units, international teams and stakeholders
Analytical mindset, structured and independent working style, and strong team skills
Very good English skills; experience with interfaces to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
