Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analysis — including product funnel mapping, user cohort analysis, and behavioral data modeling — to improve user experience and drive growth and engagement.
Define KPIs for the product and build automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
Design, orchestrate, and analyze multivariate product experiments to drive growth, improve existing features, and test new areas of opportunity.
Apply advanced analytics techniques — including machine learning — to uncover player insights, forecast economic trends, and support monetization strategies, while ensuring outputs remain interpretable and actionable for stakeholders.
Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build business cases and forecasts for new feature development.
Requirements
BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps.
Fluency in SQL with demonstrated ability to work with highly dimensional and complex datasets.
Strong proficiency with Statsig or comparable A/B testing platforms.
Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.
