Manage a team of employees responsible for reviewing contractor bids and coordinating property preservation activity with investors, insurers and clients.
Maintain strong focus on daily production (staff outflow) and pipeline management (volume inflow).
Responsible for contributing to the hiring process, interviewing and disciplinary action.
Coordinate processes and build strong working relationships across teams.
Respond to audit and non-compliance issues as discovered and presented by management.
Assign work to staff when needed.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Prefer 1-2 years management experience.
Ability to excel in a high-impact position with fast-paced, deadline driven environment required.
Prefer 1-2 years property claims experience, property preservation experience or construction knowledge.
