About this role

Coalesce, analyze and document user requirements and/or problems to improve existing systems
Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions and correct system deficiencies
Develop system specifications that address business requirements aligned with system architectures
Test solutions to ensure optimal system functionality
Monitor integrated system interfaces for errors and resolves as necessary
Draft & publish instructional materials and provide system training to end users
Represent the organization in providing solutions to complex system issues
Work with process owners to ensure optimal system interactions and develop improvements

Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
Candidates must have the ability to obtain a DOD Secret level security clearance
Experience executing in CPLM, SAP/S4, PEO, and/or SmartMES (or other ERP systems)
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Experience interacting and supporting Production Engineering, Shop Floor, Quality, or Supply Chain business process
