Provide operations support services including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, and managing customer queries
Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues
Act as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients
Support process documentation activities, including preparation and periodic updates of operational documentation
Prepare and maintain MIS reports
Apply analytical thinking to identify process gaps, support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Assess operational and compliance risks when making business decisions
Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, customer focus, and professionalism
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in banking operations or operational process management
Preferably with knowledge in macro or SQL
Experience in payment processing, sanctions screening, or accounting functions preferred
Good understanding of balance sheet concepts is an added advantage
