Supporting discovery workshops by documenting client requirements, business processes, and agreed outcomes
Assisting with the creation, maintenance, and delivery of requirements specifications and final specification documents for client review and approval
Supporting client interactions during and after Discovery workshops, under the guidance of senior team members
Assisting with the configuration of Equinox Law Firm + in line with approved specifications
Working with Project Managers to support delivery timelines and implementation activities
Collaborating with product, sales, and delivery teams to support successful client outcomes
Supporting pre-sales activities through preparation of documentation and demo materials, and solution materials, under the guidance of senior team members
Assisting in the preparation of Statements of Work and delivery documentation
Performing quality assurance testing and validation activities to support successful implementations
Supporting client training sessions and assisting with the preparation of training materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1–3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, systems onboarding, or software implementation role
Exposure to IP Management Systems, or ability to learn them quickly
Good analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working collaboratively in a delivery team
Exposure to project management tools and techniques
Comfortable supporting client interactions alongside senior team members
Can adjust to new challenges and changes in project requirements swiftly
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with guidance from senior team members
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes quickly, and contribute to the definition and documentation of solutions under the guidance of senior team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
