Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Lead recurring reviews of marketing automation processes
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance
• Configure and manage the software stack for campaign execution
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Evaluate, engage, and manage consultants for software support
• Translate business needs into system requirements
• Develop and execute test plans for new features
• Provide training and mentoring to marketing staff
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues
• Proactively evaluate upcoming software releases
• Maintain a list of SkinSpirit specific feature requests
• Project manage the implementation of new software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ongoing optimization of the marketing software budget
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
• strong technical expertise required
• Experience managing and maintaining digital marketing systems
• familiarity in GDPR, CCPA, and ADA compliance
• Experience with data privacy platforms such as Osano or OneTrust preferred
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)
• Expertise in Google Tag Manager
• Experience managing the configuration of marketing technologies
• Experience project managing marketing tool implementations
• High proficiency with Excel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
