Balance big-picture vision with detail-level execution, moving fluidly between curriculum strategy and hands-on writing

Master's degree in Psychology/Education/Learning Design or a related field
Experience conducting and combining literature reviews.
Experience conducting synthetic evaluations with AI agents.
Experience cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
Experience with coding languages (e.g., Python, R) for data extraction and analysis.
Familiarity with IRB processes and ethical standards in research.
Experience designing and managing surveys using tools such as Qualtrics.
Academic writing skills, with experience contributing to or leading manuscript preparation.
Experience with linguistics, UX writing, or natural language design
Experience using AI-powered content creation tools
Experience with competency-based, mastery-based, or self-paced learning models
Experience working in edtech startups, L&D teams, or instructional design at scale
Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, Airtable, Replit, Claude Code, and low-code prototyping environments
Experience designing for nontraditional adult learners, career changers, or workforce development programs
Experience conducting and combining psychological research.
Experience in educational settings or wellness program development.
Experience with technology-enhanced learning or digital wellness platforms.
