Contribute to defining and evolving the strategy, positioning and value proposition of the products you are responsible for.
Monitor and analyze product P&L, identifying opportunities to improve key performance drivers.
Monitor financial and customer experience metrics, preparing analyses that support decision-making and the prioritization of initiatives.
Work in partnership with business areas and UX to design viable, customer-centered solutions.
Translate initiatives into clear, structured functional requirements.
Participate in the QA/homologation process, ensuring that deliveries adhere to the defined requirements.
Organize and keep business rule documentation and digital journeys up to date.

Solid experience in insurance product management.
Experience monitoring P&L and performance indicators.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience defining requirements and working with technology teams.
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Autonomy, ownership mentality and organizational skills to operate in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in digital environments and startups (plus).
Prior experience as a Product Owner (plus).
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker or similar) (plus).
Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user experience (plus).
