About this role
Role Overview
Execute active multichannel prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp);
Identify and qualify B2B leads (HR professionals, founders, heads of operations);
Conduct structured conversations focused on pain points and opportunities;
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team;
Keep the CRM consistently and accurately updated;
Test approaches, messaging and segmentations;
Report learnings and contribute to the evolution of the strategy.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Outbound BDR (B2B);
Consistent track record of meeting targets;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to build rapport with decision-makers;
Strong organization and disciplined follow-up;
Analytical mindset for interpreting metrics;
Growth-oriented, build-and-scale mindset.
Not required but a plus:
Experience in startups or high-growth environments;
Experience working with partners or managing strategic accounts;
Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot).
