Provide functional and technical support for the SAP systems used by the Management and Finance Directorate, ensuring the operational continuity of critical processes.
Maintain and enhance processes related to: tax, accounting and financial closings; billing, indirect taxes and regulatory tax filings.
Integrations with satellite systems and fiscal solutions.
Manage incidents, requests and improvements in collaboration with business areas, vendors and specialized consultancies.
Support and execute major/structuring projects, notably: Tax Reform, Taxbra, CNPJ and other legislation.
Lead initiatives to prepare for and transition to SAP S/4HANA.
Work closely with external consultancies, ensuring technical alignment, governance and knowledge transfer.
Operate in DEV, QAS and PRD environments, following change management processes, governance and IT compliance.
Contribute to the documentation of processes, solutions and technical decisions, strengthening the internal knowledge base.
Proactively identify operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of SAP modules, with focus on: SAP CO – Controlling (cost centers and cost control), SAP MM – master data, fiscal integration and accounting impacts, and SAP SD – indirect taxes.
Solid experience as an SAP Systems Analyst working in high-criticality corporate environments, with strong hands-on experience in drafting technical and functional requirements, developing solutions and implementing systems.
Strong practical experience in developing system integrations, focusing on APIs, web services and other integration technologies.
Practical experience in support and maintenance of integrated systems.
Experience in SAP ECC environments with a view to evolving to SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP integrations (RFCs, interfaces and satellite systems).
Experience with tax and regulatory solutions (e.g., Taxbra, GRC, tax engines).
