Being responsible for the preparation, managing and finalization of financial analysis and internal checks and support to external audits.
Overseeing AR/AP processes, including escalation and resolution of complex issues.
Leading the preparation of ad-hoc analysis, along with structuring the recommendations on topics to the Finance Director.
Serving as an advisor to the Finance Director Americas on financial matters and compliance issues.
Exercising judgment in developing, improving, and implementing US financial processes and controls.
Being responsible for integrating and overseeing the governance, accuracy standards, and control frameworks for client master data, including escalation and resolution of complex or non-standard issues.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally supporting financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data modeling.
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
Comfortable supporting and improving financial processes, reporting, and systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
