Requirements
5+ years of experience as researcher or engineer.
Strong technical proficiency: programming skills and the ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures.
Openness and willingness to experiment & learn: readiness to take on new challenges, explore new technologies, and continuously expand knowledge in the ad tech domain.
Independence & proactive attitude: ability to take initiative, make decisions, and act without excessive supervision while maintaining a high standard.
Goal-oriented mindset: focus on achieving specific project goals and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Collaboration & communication: ability to work effectively with teammates and other teams, clearly sharing knowledge and cooperating with external organizations (e.g. major browser vendors, W3C, GitHub discussions).
Ability to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs): creating prototypes and experimental solutions to evaluate effectiveness and utility.
